What are the complaint rules?
All products available in our offer are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If it happens that after receiving the parcel will be detected any defects in the goods, please send the parcel to the following address:

The goods arrived damaged. What's next?
If ordered goods will be damaged in transport, please call the courier in order to write down the damage report and inform us about the situation. If possible, please send a scanned report to our e-mail address email@example.com. This will facilitate and speed up the complaint procedure.
Reports regarding the destruction of items during transport, without a prior written record of damage to the carrier will not be recognized by us.
My product is defective. What's next?
All products available in our offer are covered by the warranty. If defect is noticed, send back the product to us at your own expense along with completed documents (documents will be sent by e-mail).
Can I return goods that I do not like?
Yes, we give you the opportunity to return the ordered, but not used goods within 14 days from delivery. However, it should be sent in the above period at its own expense, along with information about what is expected in exchange (cash, other goods). It is required to attach a printed and signed form with a description of the reason for the return. In the case of a cash refund, the money will be sent via postal order or credited to the given account within 7 days from the moment we receive the returned goods.
Can I exchange the product for another?
Of course. We allow the possibility of exchanging goods when the size ordered does not meet your needs. The goods must then be sent back at their own cost. The returned goods will be exchanged for any other ordered by the site, chosen at the discretion of among available in our store. Additionally, in the order note, it should be considered that it is a "replacement item".
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
